Questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about joining and attending. Contact us for anything else.

What is STRENGTH IN THE CITY?

We bring people together through fitness and wellness events, guided by local instructors and community leaders. We are part of oneSTRNGTH; our sister brand, STRENGTH Collective, focuses on education for wellness professionals.

Who can attend events?

Beginners and experienced movers are welcome. Check each event’s format, age guidance, and activity level before booking. If you need an adjustment or have a question about taking part, contact the team.

How do I find events in my city?

Visit the upcoming events calendar for dates, locations and registration links. City events use Speakeasy; PLTS+ Collective registration is on Sweatpals.

Are events family friendly and accessible?

Most events welcome all ages. Events with age restrictions say so in advance. We work to make venues accessible. Write to us before an event and we will discuss your specific needs.

How do I teach, volunteer, or partner with you?

Apply through the partner menu to teach, vend, sponsor, or become a brand ambassador. To bring the full model to your region, read about licensed partnership.

What happens in bad weather?

Check your event listing for weather updates and venue changes. Outdoor events may need a different plan, so follow the organizer’s latest instructions before you travel.
