Edge Cycle is a 45 min full body workout guided by heavy beats, unapologetic behavior, and a rebellious mentality. They incorporate all genres of music to create a journey of sweat, dance, and connection. No more playing it safe, we push inner boundaries to achieve personal goals of change! Edge Cycle is a place of acceptance where they are able to breakdown in order to breakthrough. A place to build trust, a place to take risk, and a place to not do it alone. Come as you are, try something new!

ELDOA

Kinetik Performance Co – 11AM

CLASS DESCRIPTION

ELDOA is the active use of reinforcement exercise movements, myofascial stretches and posture techniques which aim to increase the space between joints and lengthening the spine.

Performing the ELDOA movements as part of the overall design for your health and fitness program will help to increase your flexibility, improve muscle performance and tone, reduce stress, reduce joint inflammation, delay disc degeneration, improve posture, relieve chronic and acute back pain, relieve neck and shoulder tension, and improve the longevity of the spine and your overall wellbeing.

Functional Bodyweight

The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of the time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun.

Our forty minute classes will have you feeling, looking, and performing better in less time. VibeFlow Yoga uses whole body vibration to increase mental clarity and awareness, improve balance and coordination, help to reduce joint and back pain, and, strengthen and tone your body. Our exclusive and unique audio system will take you on a voice and music journey allowing you tune out all outside distractions and focus on one thing, YOU!

Whether you are a beginner or a professional this class is designed for those who love to dance! Marina’s entertaining teaching style will put a smile on your face while dripping with sweat and leave you looking forward to your next Dance Club session!

A movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion.

The KINSTRETCH system is one born out of scientific research. All of the movements and training techniques have been selected based on a meticulous and rigorous investigation of evidence, conducted by physical conditioning and medical experts, as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, joint health, and physical longevity.

OTF Inspired Workout

Orangetheory Fitness – 3PM

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Orangetheory Theory inspired workout led by Head Coach Lana Puglia! Orangetheory is full-body workout, focused on training endurance, strength and power. use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise.

Hip Hop Dance Class

CLASS DESCRIPTION

This a high-energy class infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. It will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements.

Vino and Flow

Wind down the day with a Fun Flow lead by Fit’s Viktoria Talbot. After class, receive a complimentary glass of wine!
